Fresh Salads

Simple. Made Right. Full of Flavour.

Fresh greens, quality ingredients, and house-made dressings crafted from scratch. Whether you're pairing one with a pizza or enjoying it on its own, our salads are built with the same care as everything else on the menu.

Corfu Salad

Spring greens, green pepper, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta, all tossed in a tangy balsamic vinaigrette. Mediterranean bliss in a bowl.

Simply Salad

Spring greens, house-made croutons, and fresh Parmigiano Reggiano, lightly tossed in a lemon garlic vinaigrette. Simple ingredients, done right.

Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine, creamy house-made dressing, Parmigiano Reggiano, and handmade croutons—a fresh, flavourful take on a classic.

Why Our Salads?

We make our dressings from scratch, use quality olive oils, and believe salads deserve the same attention as pizza.

That last section fits perfectly with the style you're developing across the site:

Beer List

WIne List

No chemicals, no nonsense. Just great wine—mostly biodynamic, fully alive, and ready to make dinner a little more interesting.

Why These Wines?

We like wines that play well with food. Some are natural, some are classic, all are chosen because they taste great alongside pizza. We're less interested in labels and more interested in what's in the glass.

Night Kitchen Pizzeria

Family-owned and running in Peterborough since 1999.

We’ve changed, evolved, and kept pushing forward—because standing still isn’t really our thing.

We started in the summer of ’99 in a small, no-frills space, on a tight budget and a head full of ideas about what pizza could be. From day one, the goal was simple: make great pizza with quality ingredients, while pulling from both local flavours and things people didn’t expect to see on a pie.

Tradition? We respect it.

We just don’t let it tell us what to do.

We’ve put things on pizza that some people thought were wrong.

Maybe they still do.

We’re good with that.

Work hard.

Move fast.

Do things differently.

We’re not big on rules for the sake of rules. We care about good food, solid teamwork, and figuring things out when it gets busy. If you take pride in what you do and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, you’ll do well here.

Best pizza I’ve ever had by far. Amazing crust and wonderful vegetarian options!

— Caden Walcott
A hidden gem in ptbo. This original pizzeria is one of a kind and definitely worth a stop for their large selection of toppings, fresh dips and a killer thin crust. They also do vegan.

— Antonio Henderson
Love the new location! As a vegetarian it’s always great to have SO MANY options! Thank you Night Kitchen!
