Night Kitchen is a family-owned and operated pizzeria, serving Peterborough since 1999. Over the years, we’ve changed, evolved, and pushed forward—because standing still isn’t really our thing.
We started in the summer of ’99 in a small, no-frills space, working with a tight budget and a lot of ideas about what pizza could be. From the beginning, the goal was simple: make great pizza using quality ingredients, while exploring both local and unexpected flavours.
Tradition? We respected it—but didn’t let it hold us back. We put things on pizza that some people thought were wrong. Maybe they still do.
We stuck to our ideas then, and we still do now.

The Night Kitchen can provide a fun and exciting culinary experience for you and your guests. We have a mobile wood-fired pizza oven that comes right to you. With our copper pizza oven, we are able to cook wood-fired pizzas almost anywhere.The best part is, you don't have to do a thing. We are fully self-contained and bring everything that's needed for a great wood fired pizza party. We promise you won't be disappointed!
Night Kitchen is for people who like to work hard, move fast, and do things a little differently.
We’re not big on rules for the sake of rules. We care about good food, solid teamwork, and figuring things out when it gets busy. If you take pride in what you do and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, you’ll do well here.
